3. Data collection on our website
Website hosting and provision (Smoobu)
Our website is created and hosted using the Smoobu website builder. The provider is Smoobu GmbH, Wbinger Str. 30, 10437 Berlin, Germany. When you visit our website, Smoobu automatically collects server log files (e.g., IP address, browser type, date and time of access). This is technically necessary to ensure the website is displayed to you in a stable and secure manner. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the error-free operation of the website). We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Smoobu.
Online booking and booking requests
When you make a booking or send an inquiry via the integrated Smoobu booking widget, the data you enter (name, email address, telephone number, dates, number of guests) will be transmitted directly to the Smoobu booking system. This data is processed on the basis of Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b GDPR for the performance of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures (booking the holiday accommodation). Your data will only be stored for as long as is necessary for processing the booking and complying with legal retention obligations.
Cookies
Our website uses technically necessary cookies, set by Smoobu, to ensure the functionality of the booking system (e.g., to save the selected travel period during the booking process). These cookies do not require prior consent, as they are essential for the operation of the site (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
4. Your rights
Under applicable law, you have the right to request information, free of charge, about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of the data processing.
